ALUCOMAT® is world’s original Aluminium Composite Material (ACM) Total Solution provider, the material is also known as Aluminium Composite Panel (ACP).
ALUCOMAT® has been manufacturing ACM since 1970s and today is among the top 3 in the world. For the past two decades, product advantages of ALUCOMAT® Exterior ACM (or ACP) have been testified by thousands of architects, designers, constructors, fabricators, and owners in their projects worldwide.
COMPOSITION
ALUCOMAT® & ALUCOMAT-FR® exterior ACM is composed of a CLASS 1 (BS476) thermoplastic- polyethylene core, or the non-combustible CLASS 0 (BS476) fire-rated compound core sandwiched between two 0.5mm aluminium alloy sheets through continuous heat & pressure process with problem-free lamination adhesive foil.
Material is lacquer-coated with a minimum of 70% KYNAR 500® PVDF 
fluorocarbon resin licenced from France or next generation FEVE from Japan, with peelable protective film on one surface and wash (service) coat on the reverse side.
PRODUCT WARRANTY
ALUCOMAT® panels are warranted to be free from defects in manufacturing and workmanship for a period of 10 years. This warranty covers colour fade, chalk resistance and delamination.
