Sitting amongst 7 acres of mature gardens and high on the southern-eastern slopes of Mt Eden, these iconic Auckland Apartments have spectacular panoramic views overlooking Auckland City and the Waitemata Harbour. With the original windows over 50 years old, The Pines engaged PJM Project Management to facilitate the replacement of the windows and doors on this iconic building. Symonite as the main contractor for this project, installed the new Gutmann thermally broken window system.
