A six-story, 5,200sqm multi-level, 5-star luxury residence located in Auckland’s prestigious Remuera. Built on a large, north-facing site on New Zealand’s premier avenue, Victoria Lane Apartments is a collection of 23 luxury residences. Working alongside our partners Leuschke Group Architects and CMP Construction, we supplied and installed the aluminum cladding (Alucolux and AliClad Max), curtain wall (APL), fire-rated windows and doors (Reynaers), louvres, fins and flashings, all integrated seamlessly to bring an elegant exterior facade to life.
