WINNER: TE KĀHUI WHAIHANGA NZIA AUCKLAND/WHANGAREI ARCHITECTURE AWARD (COMMERCIAL) 2024

With a project value $59 million, Whangārei District’s new civic building is a fit-for-purpose building. The building is designed to be sustainable and to strongly reflect our cultural identity and heritage. The building is a central hub for local government-related activities.
